You can delete your IQFood account and its data directly in the app:
1. Open IQFood and go to Profile
2. Choose Account → Delete account
3. Confirm — you may be asked to sign in again first
Deleting your account removes your profile, logged meals and days, health check-ins, lab snapshots, stories, and uploaded photos. Chat messages you sent to other people remain in their conversations. Deletion is permanent.
Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete your account to remove data. In the app you can:
• Remove a logged meal — in Meals, press and hold the meal, then choose Delete. It leaves your log and stops counting toward your day.
• Delete a story you posted — open it and choose Delete. Stories also expire automatically after 24 hours.
• Delete a message you sent — press and hold it and choose Delete for me, or Delete for everyone within 60 minutes of sending.
For anything else — for example your weigh-ins, daily check-ins, lab results, or meal photos — email support@iqfood.app from the address linked to your account, tell us what to remove, and we will delete it for you while keeping your account.
No longer have the app installed? Email support@iqfood.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account for you.
